The Creative Bubble

So everyone has a great time and feels welcome.

1

The Creative Bubble is a safe space for adults

The Creative Bubble is specifically designed for adults. If you’d like to come with a child, you’re welcome during the “get inspired by your child” sessions. See conditions for these sessions: House Rule 3.

It’s important that everyone feels safe and welcome in The Creative Bubble, so be considerate of each other and respect everyone as they are. Connect, inspire, and learn from each other, but also keep in mind that some people prefer to stay in their own creative bubble. And that’s perfectly fine.

2

Use of Materials and Tools

Materials: All materials in the cabinet are available for use. Be considerate of other makers and only take what you really need and plan to use, so the next maker can also create something beautiful. Sometimes there are specific materials available for an additional fee, but this will be clearly indicated.

Tools: Always ensure you work safely, both for yourself and those around you. Safety first. If you’re unsure about how to use something or how it works, just ask – there’s always someone available to help.

3

Get Inspired by Your Child Sessions

These special sessions are intended for 1 adult together with 1 child. You work together at 1 table. Space is limited, so bringing multiple children per adult is not an option. The adult is responsible for both at all times. Please be mindful of all available materials and tools. The minimum age is approximately 8. This is a guideline. It’s important that each session allows for safe, calm, and focused creation. There’s no space for running around freely and/or playing, so please keep this in mind.

These special sessions are at set times (maximum 90 minutes) and have a fixed price per table. If you finish earlier, that’s no problem of course, but you won’t get a refund for the remaining time.  For this session, there is no possibility of walk-ins outside the scheduled times. Make a reservation if you want to secure a spot or contact us – calling or WhatsApp is the quickest way.

Bringing Your Own Materials and/or Tools

If there are specific items you like to work with, bring them along. Just be considerate of your fellow makers, for example regarding noise or space. You are responsible for your own items at all times. If you’re unsure or have a specific question, contact The Creative Bubble and we’ll look at what’s possible together.

If you have questions about certain materials you’d like to work with, such as a special type of paper or paint etc., please contact The Creative Bubble or bring them along. It can also be nice to incorporate personal items into your creation, like a piece of fabric from a clothing item with emotional value or simply because you find it beautiful. You can also bring copies of photos. These are always fun to incorporate into something.

5

Food and Drinks

Drinks: Coffee, tea, and water are available. Alcohol is not allowed, even if you bring it yourself. The Creative Bubble doesn’t have a license for this.

Food: Apart from some snacks with coffee/tea, no food is provided. You’re allowed to bring some food for yourself, but it’s not intended to have full meals at The Creative Bubble.

6

Bringing Your Own Headphones/Music

If you’re easily overstimulated or just want to stay in your own creative bubble, feel free to bring your own headphones. Use noise-canceling or play your own music. Just be mindful of the volume so you don’t cause any disturbance yourself.

If you’re bothered by the background music, let us know, and we’ll turn it off.

If it turns out there’s a high demand for low-stimulus moments in the future, The Creative Bubble would be happy to facilitate this. Let us know or write it on a note and put it in the idea box.

7

Photos and Videos

Within The Creative Bubble, you’re allowed to take personal photos and/or videos and post them on your social media. Don’t forget to tag The Creative Bubble! The best tagged photos will also be posted on the website. Be considerate of your fellow makers (ask permission) as not everyone likes being filmed or photographed.

Photos and/or videos for business/commercial use always require consultation and permission from The Creative Bubble.

8

Reservations

Each table can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. This is to give all makers enough workspace. If you’d like to come with more people, you can reserve multiple tables. If you want to make sure your group can sit near each other, please contact info@thecreativebubble or give us a call.

9

Cancellations

Reservations for regular creative sessions and “get inspired by your child” sessions can be canceled up to 6 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations up to 1 hour before your reservation will be charged 50% of the amount, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Please note! For events or workshops, the following applies: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations up to 6 hours before your reservation will be charged 50% of the amount, and after that the full amount.
