Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all activities, reservations, and rentals within The Creative Bubble, located in Delft, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 84146974. By participating in an activity or renting the space, the visitor agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Activities and Open Access
The Creative Bubble offers open access, as well as the possibility to book/reserve a workshop, events, or creative session in advance. The space can also be rented for creative sessions where the owner is present. No products are sold.

3. Reservation and Payment
Reservations can be made online via The Creative Bubble website and paid for via iDEAL or BANCOMAT. An invoice is provided to business customers upon request.

4. Rates and Duration of Bookings
There are two booking options:
• Adult (1 person): €22.50 for 1 hour. After that, you can book additional time in half-hour increments for €5 per half hour.
• Adult with child (no younger than 8 years): €35 for 1.5 hours.

5. Cancellations
‘Adult’ Session:

• Up to 6 hours in advance: free cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
• Up to 1 hour in advance: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Within 1 hour before the start: the full amount will be charged.

‘Let Your Child Inspire You’ Session:

• Up to 24 hours in advance: free cancellation, the full amount will be refunded.
• Up to 6 hours in advance: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If you cancel within 6 hours, the full amount will be charged.

6. Liability and Deductible
Participants use all materials and tools at their own risk. The Creative Bubble is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in activities. Visitors are liable for damage to materials or property of The Creative Bubble. The Creative Bubble is also not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

The adult is at all times responsible for the child they bring.

7. Code of Conduct
Visitors must be considerate of other attendees. Bringing a snack is allowed, but eating full meals is not permitted. Bringing and/or using alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited at The Creative Bubble. The Creative Bubble is a smoke-free location.

8. Rental to Groups and Companies
When the space is rented to groups or companies, the owner of The Creative Bubble is present, unless otherwise agreed. The renter is responsible for the orderly use of the space and materials. Damage caused during the rental period is entirely at the expense of the renter. Cancellation conditions are agreed upon in writing in advance.

9. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, such as illness, technical malfunctions, or other circumstances beyond the influence of The Creative Bubble, the company reserves the right to move or cancel an activity without liability.

10. Applicable Law
All legal relationships between visitors and The Creative Bubble are governed by Dutch law.
